We thank God for his mercies and kindness because many are dead and gone we could been part of them.It is of his mercies that we are not consumed and thus it is incumbent on us to express our gratitude to God in every way possible.God demonstrated his love for us by giving his only son Jesus to suffer and bleed.Love can not be complete until it is demonstrated and without Jesus, there will be no complete demonstration of the magnanimity of God.Yes indeed God demonstrates his love in other ways like the sunshine and rainfall that he showers in season but the culmination of all gifts is Jesus. We can also not claim to love God without fully demonstrating it.The great Apostle Paul admonishes believers to offer our bodies as living sacrifices holy and acceptable to God since that is our only true sacrifice.God is honored when we live our lives in his honor and we are blessed with true joy and fulfillment.
